Treating people fairly is part of the DNA of SLR, but we are not complacent and understand that we need to play our part in removing barriers. At SLR, we do not think about equality as treating everyone the same, instead we know that all people have individual needs and what is valuable to one person is not necessarily to another. This is equity and taking equity seriously means being vigilant about noticing and understanding micro-inequities and unconscious bias; and taking action to redress imbalance.

We recognise that inclusion is a source of strength for the company and valued as qualities that enrich the environment in which we work.
