Strengthening our EHS and ESG due diligence services

SLR is pleased to welcome Mike Woodbury to our team in the US. Mike is a Senior Principal Consultant in our Transactional Due Diligence service line and has over 30 years consulting experience in providing strategic and technical solutions to clients in the evaluation and management of complex and diverse industrial sites.

Mike has performed Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) due diligence on over $100 billion in asset value over the past 10 years. These primarily included large-scale due diligence projects for private equity and corporations in the oil and gas, energy, chemical and manufacturing sectors. These projects have included the evaluation of international portfolios with additional post transaction support provided around reserve calculations, compliance assurance, decarbonisation scenarios, and other strategic EHS and ESG value creation opportunities.

Mike’s experience in due diligence will continue to play a role in SLR’s ability to provide quality support to our clients and transverse new regulatory and social frameworks to discover high-value opportunities within our Transactional Due Diligence and ESG Advisory practises.
