Bruce Colgan

Biography

Bruce is an Environmental Management Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the field of environmental management. Bruce is the Regional Lead for Taranaki, based in New Plymouth, and has worked in the oil and gas industry in the region for the past 15 years.

Bruce has developed a wide range of practical experience and skills in the field of environmental management and compliance, including field sampling and compliance monitoring, spill and pollution response, inspections and investigations, stakeholder engagement, data analysis and reporting, and producing and maintaining ISO 14001 compliant Environmental Management Systems.

He is also a strong leader, a skill he has developed through managing teams and his involvement in Emergency Response, where he is part of the National Response Team for Oil Spills.
