Helena Howell

Biography

Helena is based at the Mackay office and has over 15 years’ experience in environmental management, including successfully enabling high profile, national programs of work, such as the construction of the National Broadband Network. This was achieved by effectively managing key stakeholders and teams of both internal and external subject matter experts charged with gaining the appropriate land access, statutory and environmental approvals.

Helena is experienced as a subject matter expert, providing advice on environmental approval pathways across all states of Australia, including federal legislation.
