Ibai Castezubi

Biography

Ibai is an environmental engineer by training and has over 20 years experience in providing consultancy services to the industrial, manufacturing, construction and waste management sectors. He has taken part in several environmental impact assessments and supported planning and permitting applications for a wide range of organisations.

Ibai has significant managerial, commercial and technical skills gained through his involvement in varied and multidisciplinary projects both in the UK and around the world. He has also developed new businesses and managed several teams of environmental consultants.

Ibai’s international experience has led to him taking part in several projects abroad as well as being appointed Authorised Person by the Irish Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and acting as an expert witness on behalf of the Irish authorities on industrial emissions assessment and monitoring, as well as for private companies in the waste management sector. He also was part of the Mcerts steering committee set up by the English Environment Agency.
