James Rowe is an experienced Technical Director & Growth Lead based in our Nuriootpa office with over 20 years in the quarry and mining sector. He specialises in quarry optimisation, due diligence, efficiency improvement, and operational and regulatory advice. His expertise includes Rehabilitation Liability Estimates, Approvals, and Operational Documentation (Safety, Blasting, Operations) across multiple state jurisdictions.

James focuses on managing Resource Development, Environmental Management, Operations Management, and Aerial Surveying. He plays a key role in developing business strategies that enhance operational efficiencies, reduce costs, promote growth, and mitigate risks.

James has strong relationships with Australian regulators, which he leverages to achieve positive outcomes for clients. His extensive background includes managing large quarry operations, overseeing safety, environmental management, production, rehabilitation, drill & blast, community engagement, and financial performance.
