Matthew Willies

Biography

Matthew joined SLR Consulting in January 2024 as Head of Global M&A and is responsible for driving the Group’s deal sourcing and execution efforts. Prior to joining SLR Matthew spent his career in professional services, most recently as a Partner in KPMG’s Deal Advisory business where he supported corporate and private equity clients, including SLR, on a broad range of M&A transactions globally.

Matthew is a qualified chartered accountant and has a degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of York.
