Nick Billington

Biography

Nick has over 10 years’ town planning experience in the private and public sectors guiding varied projects to a successful planning outcome. His primary focus is within the residential sector, working with a range of clients, including several national housebuilders. His experience spans every stage of the planning process from early site identification and local planning promotion, to being lead consultant on the co-ordination of planning applications on schemes ranging in size from a few homes to large scale urban extensions. He is also experienced in public and stakeholder engagement, often taking the lead in devising successful engagement exercises. Nick has also actively participated in local plan examinations and successfully acted as Expert Witness at Public Inquiry.
