Oren van Vrede

Biography

Oren leads the Accounting and Finance team for SLR in Africa and has over 20 years of experience in the financial and professional services sector. He is responsible for all aspects of the finance function, including corporate and payroll tax compliance across several African countries. Oren spent the early part of his career as an external auditor across several industries and sectors.

Oren holds a Bcompt Honours degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA), is a registered associate member with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) as an AT(SA) and is a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and holds the designation of Professional Accountant (SA).
