Paul has over 30 years of international experience in the public and private sectors as an expert advisor, business and project leader in the energy, waste, engineering and environment fields. His specialist areas include thermal waste treatment, biomass and renewable power, technical and environmental due diligence risk, industrial regulation & BAT, as well as market development. His client base and employment history includes intergovernmental organisations (e.g. EU, OECD), governments, international consultancies, major industry and environmental sector organisations, as well as regulators and investors.
