Tristan Throup

Biography

Tristan is an Operations Consultant based in our Adelaide office with over a decade of experience in the quarrying industry. He has a strong background in managing large-scale quarry operations, including daily production and manufacturing across multiple shifts. Tristan has held various key roles, from Shift Team Leader to Project Coordinator, which has given him extensive knowledge of quarry operations and challenges. His expertise includes providing operational advice, UAV-based spatial data collection, and developing critical operational documents. Tristan is a Certified Practicing Quarry Manager with several relevant qualifications, including a Diploma in Surface Operations Management.
