SLR announces acquisition of Alchemy Growth Partners

Global sustainability firm SLR acquires established boutique based in Sydney, Australia

Alchemy Growth Partners, a global strategic advisory boutique with a rich history working with large companies on their growth strategies, has been acquired by SLR, one of the world’s biggest and most established sustainability consultancy and engineering firms.

Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, Alchemy Growth Partners (Alchemy) is a premium advisory firm which partners with the leaders of top companies to focus on growth, sustainability and digital innovation.

Alchemy Founder and Chairman Mehrdad Baghai will join SLR as a senior strategic advisor to CEO Bradley Andrews. Baghai specialises in disruptive strategy and designing organisation architectures for rapid growth. He is the co-author of three international business bestsellers: The Alchemy of Growth, Granularity, and As One.

Alchemy Managing Partner Ben Shields will join SLR as Global Director, leading SLR’s global Advisory business and working collaboratively across all our regions to drive growth, best practice, global-connectivity and overall business success of SLR’s Advisory practice. He has 30 years of corporate strategy, strategy execution and transformation experience.
