Bruce Caldwell

Biography

Bruce has 25 years of experience leading and managing projects across a diverse range of sectors, from oceanography to house building, defence to renewables. He has worked across the whole of the UK and internationally. Having worked in consultancy and client-side, for major housebuilders, a utility and private developers, he understands what keeps clients awake at night.

Experienced in working through all stages of the project lifecycle, leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects he’s well versed in meeting demanding timelines. Understanding the key importance of stakeholder management, he is clear in his communications and provides professional advice. With strong leadership Bruce brings together multi-D teams through collaboration to provide an adaptable, organised, trusted advisor service.

Bruce is trained and qualified in P3M, building on a long background of development management to learn the professions tools required to keep the project on track, and deliver the prescribed success criteria.
