Biography
Jeffrey is based in our Brisbane office and has provided specialist transport engineering input to the planning of major projects across Australia. This included managing the preparation of the Road Impact Assessments, overseeing the required network performance, pavement and safety assessments and liaising with relevant stakeholders. Jeffrey has a comprehensive understanding of the technical engineering matters to be considered and the legislative framework in which projects are assessed.
