Luqman Atanda

Biography

Luqman is a Chemical Engineer with more than 8 years’ experience providing process engineering design, strategic planning, technical advice, and research and development in the biomass-to-energy sector. He has primarily been involved in engineering sustainable transformation of renewable resources and solid wastes to fuels and chemicals using thermochemical conversion technologies including gasification, liquefaction and pyrolysis. Luqman’s expertise involves catalyst design to enhance the performance of these technologies in the delivery of clean energy strategies to foster the transition to a low carbon future.
