Biography

Michelle is a Senior ESG Consultant based in Guelph, Ontario with 8 years of experience in environmental consulting. She has executed and managed numerous environmental projects throughout Canada and the U.S. for private and public sector and investor clients. Her experience includes ESG due diligence risk-based evaluations, materiality analyses, gap assessments, benchmarking, stakeholder analyses, community and stakeholder engagement, corporate sustainability reporting, policy development, and physical climate risk assessments. She also has substantial experience in environmental management and compliance, environmental site assessments, brownfields redevelopments, and remediation. Michelle is a licensed Professional Geoscientist (P. Geo.) in Ontario and a Qualified Person, Environmental Site Assessment (QPESA) per Ontario Regulation 153/04; a certified Environmental Professional (EP) with ECO Canada; and a certified Towards Sustainable Mining (TSM) Verifier with the Mining Association of Canada.
