Michelle Gluck

Biography

Michelle is a Senior Sustainability Consultant and Team Lead in SLR's Corporate Sustainability Advisory practice, where she plays a key leadership role in growing the business and supporting the development of the national team. With 10+ years of experience in environmental consulting, Michelle has led and managed hundreds of environmental and sustainability projects across North America. Her expertise spans sustainability strategy development and implementation, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) due diligence, community and stakeholder engagement, corporate sustainability reporting, corporate governance, carbon footprinting, decarbonization planning, and climate risk and resilience. Michelle also serves as a mentor and technical advisor within the Corporate Sustainability Advisory team, helping to build internal capacity and ensure high-quality project delivery. She is a licensed Professional Geoscientist (P. Geo.) in Ontario and a certified Environmental Professional (EP) with ECO Canada. She is also a certified Towards Sustainable Mining (TSM) Verifier with the Mining Association of Canada and a certified Copper Mark Assessor.
