Biography

Shelly is a Business Developer Manager based in our Brisbane office with extensive experience in B2B sales across multiple industries, including mining, oil and gas, construction, government engineering, facilities maintenance, and hospitality. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, she effectively conveys complex technical data to diverse audiences while building influential relationships.

Throughout her career, Shelly has demonstrated strong capabilities in lead generation, successfully securing long-term partnerships with both new and existing clients. Her proven track record includes effective collaboration with various internal departments and external organisations during tender negotiations, resulting in the creation and management of complex agreements. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for SLR’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Team within the Global Mining Advisory division, Shelly is responsible for identifying and developing opportunities that address the environmental and social requirements of clients in the mining industry. Her previous roles have involved building and maintaining key client relationships and managing numerous successful contracts across different market sectors.
