Biography
Winnie is responsible for groundwater related programmes within SLR. She has a public service background and has worked for the Ministry of Water Agriculture, Water and Forestry in the Department of Water Affairs within the Geohydrology Division since 2007. Winnie has more than 10 years of experience in rural and bulk water supply, groundwater management, groundwater monitoring and rehabilitation supervision in Namibia. She also has experience in groundwater permit and licensing application and support to Basin Management Committees.
