SLR’s environmental engineers and scientists combine the principles of engineering, biology, hydrogeology, and earth sciences to develop practical and environmentally sensitive project designs.
Overview
Our broad based capability includes multi-disciplinary expertise across groundwater, flooding, erosion and sediment control, water quality, operational water management and environmental management, stormwater design, and dams. We work closely with clients and regulatory authorities across the infrastructure, resources, energy and built environment sectors, to develop practical, constructable solutions that improve the management of water resources and balance the preservation of our natural environment.
Our involvement encompasses the entirety of the project life cycle, starting from gaining insights into the existing natural environment, conducting technical studies to support the permitting of new projects, ensuring environmental compliance throughout operations, and supporting rehabilitation at project closure.
Supported by our thorough knowledge of surface water management, our work seeks to integrate water and nature through our understanding of science and the natural environment, within the communities where we live, work, and play.
