Biography

Art has 18 years of experience serving clients in the industrial, oil and gas, power generation, architectural, mining and manufacturing industries. His strong technical background plus breadth of experience allows him to assess complex noise control problems within a variety of regulatory frameworks. Art effectively presents technical information to a variety of audiences including clients, regulators, other acoustical specialists and members of the public. These skills enable Arthur to excel within dynamic team environments while meeting challenging project demands. Arthur’s technical experience within a variety of industries allows him to effectively assess noise and vibration problems and work up conceptual and detailed design and specification of acoustic mitigation measures accounting for acoustic performance, process impacts, constructability, cost and operations/maintenance.
