Biography

Melissa is a Technical Director based in our Newcastle office providing specialised planning consultancy advice to clients in all realms of the development sector, most notably highly complex statutory planning matters.Melissa is recognised as a REAP and Registered Planner with the Planning Institute of Australia.All environmental impact statements for state significant development and state significant infrastructure projects are required to be reviewed by a REAP in NSW.

Melissa’s extensive experience extends over 19 years and includes and broad range of projects and sectors, with a focus on major projects including inner city projects, aged care, residential and commercial.

Her strengths lie in her understanding of state and local government assessment, providing an expert knowledge of the approvals process. Her knowledge allows her to provide high quality professional advice and guidance on all planning, policy, process and approval matters, to provide the most advantageous outcome for clients and to expedite time frames.
