Biography
Seth has worked in commercial heritage and archaeology since 2012, with experience across the UK and within Ontario, Canada. Seth has a broad range of experience in both built heritage and archaeology, managing field work, conducting desk-based research, contributing to listed building consent applications, scoping reports for EIAs, and residential, commercial, industrial, defence, and infrastructure planning applications.
Seth has expertise regarding the management of the historic built environment, including building and conservation area assessments, statements of significance, and historic building recording. His specialties include heritage project management; advising on site feasibility, opportunities and constraints; negotiating proportionate scopes of assessment and investigation with heritage consultees; identifying mitigation by design strategies; and complex heritage setting assessments.
