Corporate social responsibility reporting

Challenge

As an advocate for responsible business in Nigeria and having progressively developed its own Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes, The Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) sought to begin formally reporting on its CSR commitments and achievements.

Solution

Commissioned to produce the NSE’s first CSR Report, we helped the NSE to articulate its vision and ambition for CSR reporting and then worked collaboratively on the production plan of the report and future reports. From conducting interviews with internal and external stakeholders, to writing the content of the report in close consultation with the NSE, we delivered concise, key messages and a design that engaged.

Impact

The final CSR report not only met international best practice, it set the foundation for effective communication of the NSE CSR strategy, programmes and future ambition.
