Growing our circular economy expertise in Europe

We are delighted to welcome Bonia Leung as Principal Consultant in our Europe Waste & Resource Management team. Bonia has joined SLR to co-lead our waste and circular economy work, looking to integrate existing service offerings and develop future solutions.

Bonia has worked in the waste management and circular economy space since the beginning of her professional career. She has enabled organisations in various industries to transition to a circular economy by identifying opportunities, advising on measures to reduce waste generation and enhancing recycling throughout value chains. 

Her experience in using the circular economy to advance the sustainability agenda of governments and corporates around the world made her an honouree of GreenBiz 30 under 30 in 2021. Bonia believes the circular economy creates powerful frameworks that allow us to solve many challenges such as net zero commitments, resource optimisation and supply chain resilience.
