SLR welcomes new European Environmental Management, Planning & Approvals Operations Manager

We are very pleased to welcome Kate Morgans to SLR in her new role as our European Operations Manager for Environmental Management, Planning & Approvals (EMPA). Kate will be based in our office in Cardiff, UK.

Kate’s professional background spans over 18 years including working in diverse sectors such as Built Environment, Water, Infrastructure and Energy, both in the UK and internationally. She is a Chartered Geologist and has a technical background in contaminated land and project management. She has significant experience in operational and commercial leadership having led the operational delivery of the Earth & Environment and Water business units within her previous roles. This included leading on governance and risk for the business unit and margin improvement. Within these roles, Kate was also involved in the integration of numerous acquisitions leading the operational and cultural changes needed to deliver a successful end point.

Kate is committed to fostering a collaborative and successful workplace environment, and she is passionate about working with people’s strengths to form strong, diverse teams that deliver continual improvement.

Regarding Kate’s appointment European Operations Director, Brandon Stobart, commented:
