Jeff Naumoff

Biography

Jeff Naumoff has over 25 years of project management experience in wastewater treatment plant evaluations, operations, training, troubleshooting, and engineering. Jeff has also held wastewater treatment plant operating certifications from the states of Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Colorado and has worked in a wide variety of facilities ranging from municipal treatment plants, petroleum refining, food and beverage, chemical and plastics production, mining, iron and steelmaking, meat processing, and pulp and paper in both the United States and Canada. Projects range from initial permitting concepts, conceptual treatment plant design, process design, upgrades and retrofits, construction management, commissioning, startup, training, on-site operations coverage, technical troubleshooting, upset response, and plant decommissioning.
