Joanna is based in Wellington and has over 10 year’s planning and policy experience, having worked under both New Zealand and United Kingdom planning systems. Her experience includes policy development at the national, regional and local level, spatial planning, resource consents and stakeholder and community engagement.
In the last four years, Joanna has supported the central government’s national direction work programme, both under the RMA and in the context of resource management reform. Joanna’s consenting experience includes obtaining planning approvals for large scale solar farms, high voltage cable routes and housing.
