Biography

Lance Engelbrecht has 27 years of experience, including 18 years in operations, and nine years in consulting with multinational engineering firms. Lance has experience in the commissioning of new facilities, with demonstrated success in start-up, process optimization, training, and teamwork. His areas of expertise include operations management, process optimization, test work recommendations and supervision, study management, process development and design including conceptual, prefeasibility and feasibility studies.
