Biography
Maria is a Senior Consultant Engineer with SLR Consulting with a background in Chemical Engineering and Energy and Environmental Engineering, and an interest in energy storage systems.
In 2018 she completed her MSc dissertation looking into a feasibility study of using a hybrid vehicle as a stand-alone residential backup generator. Maria has also previous experience in biodiesel production projects using low quality raw materials. She gained experience in quality and control management during an internship in an automotive manufacturing company.
In her previous role with ITPEnergised, Maria gained experience in emissions testing for LCP compliance, engine performance analysis and energy efficiency assessments as well as experience on many varied renewable energy projects. Maria speaks English and Spanish fluently.
