Tim Grace

Biography

Based in our Auckland office, Tim has over 27 years of planning experience and a diverse local authority and consultancy background.

Tim has a strong working knowledge of planning in New Zealand. He is particularly expert in delivering complex consenting projects and has extensive experience working with and leading multidisciplinary project teams. He is skilled in minimising risk and achieving robust environmental outcomes using collaborative project approaches and forward-thinking, cost-effective strategies.

Tim is currently involved in leading and advising on various renewable energy, infrastructure, and development projects for a range of public-sector and private-sector clients. This includes consenting various residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments and residential and countryside living subdivisions. He has also managed several private plan change requests for new town centres and residential growth areas.
