Biography
Andrew is a geochemist and registered professional geologist in Oregon with over 30 years of professional and technical experience consulting to the energy sector, including 25 years of regulatory negotiation expertise, design and management of multi-disciplinary environmental assessment and monitoring programs.
His current responsibilities include operations management and business development in Washington State, technical oversight, project management, and program management of individual projects and term contracts with emphasis on assessment and feasibility studies, remediation, solid waste management, risk assessments, and environmental compliance. He has specific experience in DR&R cost estimation for due diligence purposes, site characterization, human and ecological risk assessments, feasibility studies, quantitative soil and groundwater fate and transport modelling, emergency response actions, and community relations.
