Biography

Astrid is an experienced engagement and social sustainability consultant based in our Melbourne office, with a background in urban planning. With almost 20 years’ experience working with private sector clients and all levels of government, she has led the design and delivery of social assessments and engagement programs for infrastructure projects across multiple industry sectors.

Astrid’s social impact practice responds to the triggers and regulatory requirements of client’s projects, while seeking out opportunities to add value and deliver benefits for communities. She encourages commitment towards building and maintaining social licence by driving better practice and fostering relationships.

Similarly, she applies a social research lens to her engagement practice, supporting rigorous analysis, evaluation and reporting. Her focus on evidence-based methods delivers tailored, practical programs to enhance benefits for clients and their communities.
