Charlotte Lockyer

Biography

Charlotte is a Principal Consultant based in our Wellington office with 15 years of experience working in water resources. With a passion for hydrology, Charlotte has extensive experience in hydrological processes and related fields including hydrological modelling, hydraulic modelling, stormwater management, water quality and climate change.

Charlotte provides advice to councils and working groups, including input into consent applications, development of management frameworks and strategies, and the publication of various guidance documents. She regularly works alongside mana whenua and considers the values held by all stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for a project. 

Charlotte has project managed a wide range of water resources projects across New Zealand, which has developed her strong leadership and client management skills.
