Biography
Jessica Hughes has considerable expertise in environmental and biodiversity management on a wide range of project types across Africa. She has coordinated and compiled ecological baselines, biodiversity management plans, ecological flow assessments, monitoring, and environmental impact assessment (EIA) in alignment with international good practice. Jessica has been involved in the compilation of biodiversity guidelines including the Good Practice Note on Environmental Flows for the World Bank.
