Mike Woodbury

Biography

Mike Woodbury is a Senior Principal Consultant in our due diligence service line and has over 30 years consulting experience in providing strategic and technical solutions to Clients in the evaluation and management of complex and diverse industrial sites. Mike is an expert in evaluating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks across a broad spectrum of industries and organizations. Mike has performed ESG due diligence on over $100 billion in asset value over past five years. These primarily include large-scale due diligence projects for private equity and corporations. In the last three years he has worked extensively with project deal teams within the top five largest private equity firms in the world. These projects have included the evaluation of international portfolios with further transitional support provided around compliance assurance, decarbonization scenarios, and strategic ESG transactional solutions. He is proficient at understanding new regulatory and social frameworks and interpreting these factors to determine impacts on value and reputation.
