Steve has experience in providing strategic and technical advice to a wide range of clients in the UK and internationally. Many projects Steve has managed included multi-disciplinary teams, typically involving planning, environmental impact assessment, permitting and engineering disciplines. His strategic focus and commercial awareness has enabled him to robustly direct and/or manage procurement and bid support, strategy development, options appraisals, service reviews and lifecycle analysis to both the public and private sectors, as well as due diligence support to financial institutions on a wide range of infrastructure and services areas.
Dr Surabhin Chackiath
Surabhin advises clients on procurement and strategic waste and resources projects. He supports clients on a variety of projects including procurement of waste and resources services and treatment contracts, market assessments, service optimisation &efficiency reviews and service delivery model developments. He has advised clients including World Bank, environmental departments of Government of Malta, Malaysia and States of Jersey, and numerous local authorities in the UK.
Munashe has been involved in various aspects of waste and resource management for both the public and private sector. His experience includes waste flow modelling, feasibility studies for proposed waste management infrastructure, life cycle assessment work, market assessments as part of lender or vendor side due diligence engagements; and developing site waste management plans and operational waste management strategies for new residential or mixed-use developments. Clients he has worked with include local authorities, waste management companies, investment banks, private equity firms and housing developers.
Technical Discipline Manager
Throughout his career, Chani has been responsible for the tendering and successful delivery of a wide range of high-profile waste management projects. These have ranged from due diligence of industrial facilities as part of mergers and acquisitions, financial and economic modelling of alternative waste management options, design and procurement of waste management infrastructure including innovative waste collection systems, transfer stations and advanced waste processing technologies including energy from waste.
