Biography

James has a particular expertise in the field of development planning, advising clients throughout the development cycle from due diligence to the planning and detailed design stages. This advice encompasses a wide range of areas, including access opportunities, transport impacts for the purpose of planning applications and sustainability issues. His experience with development planning spans a number of sectors, including schemes in the residential, retail, education, commercial and leisure sectors. James also takes a leading role on our multi-disciplinary projects, and acts as Project Manager or Director, as appropriate, for many high profile and complex built environment development schemes.
