Biography

Megan Coracci specializes in transactional due diligence and risk management services related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. She provides services to a wide range of financial market sector clients, industrial and manufacturing clients, private equity firms, and large timberland owners. Megan has provided environmental site assessment support for a number of national clients and performed or coordinated thousands of Phase I ESAs with related Phase II ESAs and risk management services.
