Ozgur Bozdemir

Biography

Ozgur Bozdemir is a people-first focused health and safety professional with over 20 years of experience in construction, energy, oil and gas, petrochemical, geotechnical engineering and remediation. He brings expertise in building people-based safety culture, evaluating sector-specific health, safety, and environmental risks, and developing mitigation plans in order to eliminate incidents and injuries for SLR employees and minimizing the impact to the environment in the United States region.

As the U.S. Regional Health and Safety Manager, Ozgur champions the development of SLR’s regional health and safety strategy, supports sector leaders in the implementation of the program, analyzes processes for continuous improvement, and guides a consistent approach to manage health and safety related risks across SLR’s regional operations.
