Biography

Roland is an experienced social performance expert based in our Brisbane office.

He has over a decade of experience in community development, social impact and stakeholder engagement. Roland has worked on some of Australia's most significant mining, energy and infrastructure projects, supporting clients with strategy, assessments and audits that manage change and achieve improved social performance throughout the project life cycle.

Roland has a passion for improving economic and social outcomes in regional and remote Australia, and he has led the delivery of multiple social impact assessments and social impact management programs. for projects that would have a transformational impact on adjacent regional communities.
