Ryan D. Rouillard

Biography

Ryan Rouillard’s areas of expertise are in environmental engineering, industrial/
manufacturing/construction inspections, cost engineering/estimating, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and aeronautical engineering. He performs indoor air quality inspections, building hazardous material surveys involving the collection and laboratory submittal of suspect regulated or toxic materials (i.e. asbestos, lead, PCB, UFFI, radon, mold, bacteria, etc.), and design/monitoring services and assembles operations and maintenance plans for hazardous building materials and the EHS discipline.

Ryan has a comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal compliance regulations (and associated funding rules) with all aspects of a project. He has performed multiple Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and analysis, and interpretation of industrial environmental compliance and permit-related information including facility investigations, water quality data, and process data including process descriptions, chemical usage, and equipment.

Ryan's additional areas of expertise include Risk Management Plans (RMP) and associated audits for planning and risk mitigation purposes, writing and implementing EHS and Process Safety Management (PSM) programs, occupational safety, risk management audits and strategies. This work relates to intercompany operating procedures and safe work practices to mitigate a variety of occupational risks and is performed in conjunction with regulatory protocols (eg. Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs), Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), various state rules, and health and safety oversight.)
