Biography

Ziphora Monare is a Health and Safety professional with over 15 years of experience in various industries as such motor, cement, branding and now Environmental and Engineering Consulting. She is passionate about working with others to mitigate occupational risks, cultivate the strong safety culture, engage in various topics to ensure not only legal compliance but also best practices in and around the Africa region. At SLR, Ziphora leads the H&S strategy for the region with the support from the Global H&S Manager. She supports the regional management team, to foster growth and maturity in the safety culture and promote the one team culture, across all technical disciplines and across all countries on the African continent where SLR Africa has its footprint.
