Challenge
Wollondilly Shire Council engaged SLR to assist with the project management of a number of civil design projects in Picton town centre.
Solution
SLR provided the following services:
- Procure detailed design consultants to develop construction ready drawings.
- Manage the detailed design, fieldwork and supporting environmental investigations and reporting in relation to the intersection upgrades.
- Undertake consultation with affected residents, community stakeholders and state government agencies on behalf of Council.
- Peer review drawings, traffic modelling outputs and other deliverables to ensure timely, best for project outcomes for Council.
