SLR has a great opportunity within the APAC head office for a dynamic individual to join our close-knit Finance team as a Invoicing Administrator. This is a full-time position based in our Lane Cove head office.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Maintaining account records
  • Liaising with consultants and clients
  • Invoicing and Reporting
  • Project set ups
  • Processing of credits
  • Processing of timesheets

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Great organisational skills/multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with bookkeeping
  • Team player
