Anna Lukey

Biography

Anna has been a contaminated land professional for over 25 years and is currently based in our Christchurch office. She is a Suitably Qualified Environmental Practitioner (SQEP) and has a broad range of environmental services and risk assessment experience, including contaminated land and groundwater assessment and remediation, resource consent interpretation and conditions assessment, and technical peer review.

Anna is skilled and experienced at managing large programmes of work for national clients with multiple assets, along with managing environmental projects with varying degrees of technical complexity with multidisciplinary aspects. She is experienced in designing remedial works in a way to ensure risk is assessed and managed and is particularly interested and experienced in adopting sustainable methodologies.

Her experience in managing contractors, from scoping the project to site works, allows for onsite practices to be optimised to maximise cost-effectiveness and environmental compliance. Anna also has experience in scoping methodologies for the tender phase and assessing tender responses for clients and is an active contributor to the ALGA, WasteMINZ and Property Council organisations.
