Biography

Deever is an experienced professional engineer with extensive history in the environmental services industry. Within his role as the US Service Line Director - Environmental Sciences of the United States, Deever provides strong leadership, mentoring, and technical skills to his technical discipline teams and brings broad industry and agency relationships to clients. Deever's background is in air quality, with skills in air permitting, compliance, and pollution control, climate change, environmental and management systems auditing, technical litigation support (civil and criminal), EHS consulting, and project/program management/delivery. Deever is nationally recognized subject matter expertise in Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR).
