Biography
Nigel is a Technical Director based in our Dunedin office, with over 25 years of resource management experience. Nigel leads New Zealand’s national Planning team, comprising approximately 60 planning consultants. He brings strong leadership skills and an ability to form excellent working relationships with clients and within multidisciplinary project teams.
Nigel’s extensive planning and policy experience spans across New Zealand and he has detailed knowledge of land use planning in the country. He has an in-depth knowledge of regional and district policy plan making processes and has worked for both private sector and local authority clients.
His specialist knowledge in project managing larger scale greenfield and brownfield development projects includes managing the planning aspects of development proposals in some of New Zealand’s most challenging landscapes.
