Patrick Quinlan

Biography

Patrick is based in our Newcastle office and has an extensive range of experience as a Town Planner / Project Manager specialising in the management and delivery of projects across multiple sectors. Patrick has primarily focused on Commercial Development, Health and Large Scale Residential and has been instrumental in providing planning, feasibility analysis and due diligence advice in the early stages of a project in preparation of business cases that support highest and best use. Patrick has also been integral to ensuring that delivery timeframes have been met through keeping up communication through the approvals management focus for the delivery of a project.

Patrick has the ability to work effectively as a client-side Project Manager. He is highly experienced in the full development project cycle. Patrick has extensive knowledge and skills around the development approval processes and has proven to excel in the delivery of projects with experienced roles managing the design and co-ordination of consultant disciplines. Patrick is highly competent in the design procurement phases of projects with a keen focus on stakeholder engagement.

Patrick has more than 17 years in the town planning profession and has worked in both government and consulting roles working on various projects. The broad experience that Patrick has accumulated has seen him gain approvals across Australia for multiple National and International companies.
