Scott Walker

Biography

Scott is a highly experienced Principal Ecologist having worked in environmental consulting and scientific research for over 24 years throughout Western Australia. His previous experience in research and development at CSIRO provided the technical background necessary to develop into his senior leadership roles. Scott has led teams of professionals and scientists which have seen him manage and deliver over 200 technical projects. He has developed and maintained an expansive client network within mining, oil and gas, infrastructure, local government agencies, civil and private industries of Western Australia.

Scott has led and successfully delivered numerous biological EIA projects that involved him designing programs, completing the fieldwork, analysing the data, and writing reports that meet compliance and/or regulatory requirements.

He is also experienced in agriculture and agroforestry through plant water relations and nutrient research at CSIRO. He has advanced knowledge in soil and plant nutrient applications, deficiencies, and yield production.
