Biography

Steve is a Principal Hydrogeologist and a registered professional geoscientist in BC, AB and ON with over 40 years of experience in the area of groundwater supply, physical hydrogeology, groundwater interaction with ecologic systems, site assessment, monitoring, and remediation. He was the editor and hydrogeologic author on the 2002 Best Practices for Assessing Water Taking Proposals prepared for the MOE Water Policy Branch. His undergraduate degree in civil engineering serves him well on cross-disciplinary projects. He has successfully appeared as an expert witness in front of the OMB, the ERT and in litigation support in court, and is noted for his ability to successfully convey difficult technical matters to a non-technical audience.
